Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping terms are: FOB Destination. We are happy to introduce our Free Shipping policy for any orders delivered within the continental United States. Free Shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There is a shipping charge for all orders containing equipment unless the order exceeds $300. Orders will be shipped via FedEx ground service, Monday through Friday - excluding holidays.

Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery ("Special Shipping Services"), including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any charges incurred for Special Shipping Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. You may call our customer services department for available alternative shipping methods and costs.

To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Shipments refused by the customer without prior consent from Ecoline will be billed to the customer. Packages that are forwarded via FedEx due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $25.00 address correction fee per address.

In the event your order should arrive damaged, we will replace your order at no additional expense to you. If the order is damaged in shipping, you must save the contents and packaging materials for claims process. Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company.

Returns & Replacements
All product order cancellations must be approved by Ecoline, and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges. Product returns & exchanges must be made within one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. No returned merchandise will be accepted without Ecoline-issued Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns must be received within fifteen (15) days from issuance of the RAN; otherwise, a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from any credit due. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Customer should call or email our Customer Service Department for detailed instructions. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Proof of purchase is required in all cases.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
  1. Prices: Prices listed do not include shipping/freight charges (if applicable; please refer to our shipping policy for details), taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. Market sensitive commodity products will be priced according to current market conditions. Customer should contact our Customer Service Department or check online at for current pricing. Ecoline reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
  2. Sales Tax: Customers located in the State of California are responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes, or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
  3. Payment terms: Ecoline’s payment terms are: CREDIT CARD only. Ecoline accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
  4. Credit Balance: Customer agrees that any credit balance(s) issued by Ecoline will be applied to customer's account within one (1) year of its issuance. IF CUSTOMER HAS NOT REQUESTED THE CREDIT BALANCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR, ANY REMAINING CREDIT BALANCE WILL BE CANCELLED, AND ECOLINE SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY.
  5. Promotions: Periodically, Ecoline will offer various promotions. Each promotion will have a distinct code that needs to be entered at checkout for the promotion to take effect. Once item is added to the shopping cart, a customer will be able to enter the promotion/discount code in the box titled DISCOUNT CODES, and apply to the order. Ecoline is not responsible for applying the promotional pricing, unless the code is entered by the customer. Ecoline reserves the right to end any promotion at any time without notice.
