SECURE ONLINE ORDERING
All orders can be placed on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our product pages and buy right from the page. Your order will be confirmed by email when we receive it. Confirmation will include the price of your order plus shipping and handling (if applicable) within the continental United States and tax (if applicable). If you need to ship outside the United States, additional fees will apply.
After your product has been shipped, we will also email you with invoice confirmation and package tracking information.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our shipping terms are: FOB Destination. We are happy to introduce our zero shipping policy for any orders delivered within the continental United States. Qualifying orders must meet a minimum of $150 before tax, otherwise, a $15 minimum order handling fee will be assessed. Zero shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There is a $15 shipping charge for all orders containing equipment unless the order exceeds $300. Orders will be shipped via FedEx ground service, Monday through Friday - not including holidays. If you need express or priority shipping methods, please call us for options and costs. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via FedEx due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $10.00 address correction fee per address. In the event your order should arrive damaged, we will replace your order at no additional expense to you. If the order is damaged in shipping, you must save the contents and packaging materials for claims process. Shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are warranted for one (1) year from the date of the invoice. Ecoline may request that a sample of the product be returned for evaluation prior to issuance of a credit.
RETURN POLICY
Products cannot be returned 30 days after shipment. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an Ecoline-issued Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns must be received within fifteen (15) days from issuance of the RAN; otherwise, a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from any credit due. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. |
